Sarah Ortner is a Senior Associate of Finance at the Milken Institute. She works on the Institute’s Excellence and Equity in Public Finance efforts, and her portfolio covers climate resilience, community infrastructure deployment, and emerging markets. Before her role at the Institute, she worked in campaign finance and nonprofit development. Ortner holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and an MPA in Public Finance and Public-Private Policy from George Washington University.
