With an extensive background in the finance industry, Jerome has executed financings totaling over $7 billion across multiple sectors: utilities (water, wastewater and power), transportation (airports, toll roads, seaports), housing, education, and economic development. Before joining SCA, Jerome served as an investment banker, financial advisor, and consultant for over 17 years at large and boutique Wall Street firms. As an Analyst, Investment Banking, Municipal Securities Division at Citi, Jerome focused on not-for-profit clients nationwide, including colleges/universities, charter schools, and independent schools. As the Vice President, Investment Banking at Rice Financial Products Company, Jerome served as a senior banker with a focus in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and USVI regions. Mr. Cox also served as a Credit Analyst for the Rice Capital Access Program, a subsidiary of Rice Financial, executing loans for historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) under the Department of Education’s HBCU Capital Financing Program. Originally from Boston, Jerome has a love for sports and relaxing with movies. Jerome also spends his downtime going on walks to explore in and around the city.
